Managers: ART TV/FRAME TV Images and Login
ART on TV/Curated pictures are through the tech@stelmos.com account.
The Frame TV must be on WAASTZY at all stores except HICC
HICC: Use Private Party Network
BEFORE CONTINUING, make sure the TV is updated: Go to settings, find general, choose update now
If you are not logged in, you will not get the pictures you are looking for.
To verify that you are logged in click the back arrow or menu arrow on your remote. Something like the image below should show up.
If you are logged in, you will see the tech@stelmos.com. If not scroll to the top and select account, login.
Once login, go to the art section (as seen below) and select my favorites where approved pictures can be selected from.
HICC: Pictures are added on, and you can choose to display all if you like
All stores: You can set display options on the pictures you have chosen, to do that go to my pictures/my album, select display all, use the up arrow select display options, and select the time setting you want
The Frame TV's should not be logging out on their own. If login info is needed or if pictures have disappeared and cannot be found, please place a helpdesk ticket in! Thank you
To verify membership, go to Art > Under 'My Art Store', find and select membership. If membership exist, an image like one below will show
