AVD TV NOT WORKING (using av panel on wall)
This Article is to help address AVD TV's that may be stuck on a channel that you can't change, or you have no control of the tv with the AVD panel on the wall.
Depending on store location, the comcast TV boxes may be in the server room or some manager office.
Verify cable box is on (blue light or green light). There's no meaning behind either color.
On the back of the cable box, remove the top wire (power supply) for 10 seconds and then replug.
Verify all other cables are plugged in. Some of these are very tight space and other cables can easily unplug even without you touching them.
Press power button on cable box and wait for green light/blue light to show up.
Go to AV panel and verify tv can turn on and/or change channels
