1. Click "Reports"
2. Click "Sales"
3. Click "Sales summaryNew"
4. Click Date Box, Select your dates or in this case yesterday
5. Scroll down to Service Mode Summary, it is on the right side of the report about half way down, then there is a Avg/Guest which is the PPA.
