As we continue to expand and streamline our operations, we want to enhance our Manager access swipe card system to reduce confusion and make it easier to differentiate between card types.
To support this, Ryan has ordered 50 new Toast swipe cards for each location. These are designated for Manager and Shift Supervisor access, distinctly separate from Manager Dining Comp, Guest Comp, and Gift cards. Once the initial stock is depleted, it will be each location’s responsibility to maintain adequate supply.
To simplify reordering, IT has added a direct link on SharePoint. You can find it under "Restaurant Links" on the Home Page labeled as "Manager POS Access Cards", as well as under Tools & Resources. This addition aims to minimize any confusion, especially when hourly stewards are closing out checks on Toast.
Additionally, we are in the process of redesigning our current Manager Dining Comp cards and revising the policy, with plans to roll out the new system soon. We believe these updates will support smoother daily operations.
