1933 Lounge Fishers: Music System (Not Connected) (ROUGH DRAFT NEEDS reviewed)

In the event you get a message from RX Music informing you that MUSICbox isn't working, these are steps you can take to help resolve the issue

Example email from RX Music informing you that MUSICbox is having issues

1. The MUSICbox is in the server room on the server rack that is directly behind the door as soon as you open it. See image below to see what the MUSICbox looks like. It is roughly 4x4 inches

2. Check the ethernet cable that is plug behind MUSICbox to see if there are any lights coming up from the port

Note down if

a. there are any colors shown and what colors are shown.

b. if lights are blinking or not. They are usually quick blinks occuring

4. Check the cable connection on the wall port. Look for ID# 95 on the wall behind the server rack and make sure it is plugged in all the way

NOTE NOTE: Is this where 95 goes to with the crossover cable: to Switch 2, ID#69, Port 47?

b. if lights are blinking or not. They are usually quick blinks occuring
