Announcements
Announcements are where any information related to technology items will be communicated. These will be visible on the helpdesk dashboard as well as emailed to all employees as well. Any updates will be added to the Announcement.
Click on View All to see all the active announcements
You can also view Announcements by clicking on Announcements from the circle icon.
In the Ask Elmo chat Bot, you will see any Announcements that are active at the top of the Chat Bot, you can click on this to read the Announcements.
