Ask Elmo is an AI chat-based help tool. This is similar to other websites you may have used. Click on the circle icon in the upper right corner and click on Ask Elmo
You will then see a chat window that will guide you thru questions for issues.
Click on Question/Issue and you be asked what your issues is. In this example we entered can’t print and you will see the chat bot gives you article that match your issue. If one of the articles meet your issue, click on it and follow help article. If it does not click No and the ticket from will be displayed to fill out and submit.
If you choose Service Catalog, you can follow the process thru to request a Service Item
To return to the Classic dashboard, click on Switch to Classic View from the circle icon
