Navigating the Helpdesk
Once logged in, you will be taken to the dashboard which will allow you to navigate thru the different aspects of the helpdesk.

In the upper right corner you will see a bell and a circle icon with your initial in it. If you click the icon you will see a menu. Each of these menu items will be described below.

Next to the circle icon, is a bell, this will show your notifications

The Hi, how can we help you? Box allows you to type in a search term to find help via the Solution Center

The boxes below allow you to go to the Help Center/Solution Center, Submit a Ticket, Request Service Item.

At the bottom of the page you will see all Open Tickets you have
