Logging Into the Helpdesk
The first time you login to the helpdesk you will be prompted for credentials. The credentials for the helpdesk are the same as you use for your computer/office 365/sharepoint.
Click the Single Sign On button and you will taken to the helpdesk if you are currently signed into SharePoint.
Two factor authentication may also be prompted.
*If you are not already logged into SharePoint you will be prompted for your SharePoint login.
