Printing Wine List on 9x11 paper

In Access: I made these changes to WineList – One Type and WineList – Multiple and they should not change now as they are saved in the report. If there are other reports you need then you will have to make the changes to them then they will save.

When the report is in Print Preview mode
Click on Page Set Up on the top menu
Change size to 9x11
Change Source to Tray 5 (Bypass)

At the Printer – this will need to be done every time:

Load paper (Holes on the left – non hole side in first)
On Printer screen select Size and choose 9x11
Tap Confirm
Send your print job
This setting will remain until paper is moved or changed, you should verify each time that 9x11 is selected or it will not print right.
