Request a New Service Item
A Service Item is something that needs Added/Changed/Deleted. Examples are:
- POS/Aloha buttons that need added or changed or removed
- Account Requests
- New Hardware or Software
Click on Request New Service Item and you will be taken to the Service Catalog. The main page as a few of the most used Service Requests. With an expanded list of categories along the left side.
Click on the item you want and you will see a list of options you can choose.
You can choose multiple items, each item will have information to fill out. Once all information is filled out click Place Request
